Randy Macchi is a distinguished leader serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Houston Public Works, the largest accredited Public Works agency in the United States. His responsibilities encompass the operation and maintenance of the city’s streets and drainage systems, the production and distribution of water, the collection and treatment of wastewater, and the regulation of both public and private construction projects.
