Sam McGuire is the CEO of FieldSync, Inc. a holding company for infrastructure analytics, construction, and services companies.
Sam started his careeer in the telecommunications industry in 2016 as a tower technician traveling the country climbing and inspecting sites with his brother. In the years since, he has worked for or partnered with the majority of the UAS operations and analytics firms focused on the US telecom industry.
In 2022 Sam co-founded FieldSync with his brother, Mike. Their vision for the company was to generate an entire asset lifecycle’s worth of data from a single site visit. Rather than simply processing and visualizing, FieldSync specializes in surfacing insights into a format that the telecom industry can leverage as part of its daily operations.
Since it founding, FieldSync has served customers across the entire supply chain on everything from site inspections and acquisition due diligence through structural analysis, site scoping, and turnkey construction.
2024 marked a pivotal year in the comapny’s growth with the acquisition of digital twin platform, Consilience Analytics and a merger with Murphy Tower Service, a leader in wireless infrastructure construction and services based in Central Iowa.
Outside of work, you’ll find Sam spending as much time as possible outdoors with his wife, sons, and silly labradors.
