Jarrett Larrow is a member of the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Integration Office, Safety and Integration Division, Implementation Branch. He is leading FAA efforts for UAS Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) rulemaking. Additionally, he supports FAA developments in UAS Traffic Management (UTM), having worked the project since initial concept development. Before joining the UAS Integration Office, Jarrett led similar efforts in Flight Standards focusing on Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance capabilities. Jarrett also has spent roughly a decade in avionics standards and policy development within FAA’s Aircraft Certification Service where he led Trajectory Based Operations (TBO) initiatives. Prior to his federal service, he worked for Sikorsky Aircraft on the S-92 medium-lift helicopter.
