Julia Guerra

Julia began her career with a degree in architecture before transitioning to the construction industry, where she discovered a passion for surveying and scanning.This interest sparked a deeper dive into drone technology, and she became an expert in the field. Julia’s expertise soon made her a sought-after professional, leading to roles where she built internal drone teams for various construction companies from the ground up.
At Black & Veatch, Julia served as a Tools and Technology Specialist and Drone Subject Matter Expert (SME), implementing advanced technology solutions such as reality capture, Procore, Autodesk products, DroneDeploy, and AgTek across global construction sites. Her role included training, developing, and deploying drone programs and pioneering autonomous machinery initiatives.
Julia also has a diverse background in modeling and acting, representing brands like Hallmark and Ford. Her expertise spans reality data capture, laser scanning, 3D coordination, and solar and green hydrogen sustainability projects.
Julia is the Director of Premium Services at FlyGuys, where she applies her extensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry, site logistics, and drone program management.
