Accessibility in the Venue

Caesars Forum Convention Center Las Vegas is in full compliance with the ADA Standards. Wheelchair ramps and lifts, auxiliary aids and services within the convention area may be arranged through the Convention Services Manager.

Parking Options for those with Disabilities

Designated handicapped parking is available in the self-parking garage, handicapped placard or license plate is required. Valet services are available at the Harrah’s main entrance during available hours.

Service Animals

Trained and certified guide dogs for guests with disabilities are permitted.

Wheelchair/Mobility Scooter Rentals

Wheelchair and Scooter Rental: Rent in-person at the Harrah’s bell desk, based on availability. To reserve a scooter in advance, contact the Desert Medical Group or the Bell Desk at Harrah’s Las Vegas.

Lactation Room

Caesars Forum Convention Center has two lactation/nursing room on Property. They are lockable and include a table, chair, and fridge.

First Aid

Harrah’s hotel and casino has an EMT on property 24 hours a day.
